Mrs. D Padma Sri as a Managing Director pursues entrepreneurship due to her immense passion for the Environment and the Next Generation. Her journey begins with many social-cultural barriers gradually overcome with her strong willpower.
Her primary goal is not monetary reward but rather personal satisfaction and community development in a sustainable way. Her main ability is to multitask, and she also tends to balance family life and career with her goal-oriented approach.
Experience is always an advantage, she had done ample research on the solar business, consumer behaviors, and competitors. She will be a driving force for her team and an inspiration to emerging young women entrepreneurs. Ayati, a team of young technocrats, completed 8 years in solar rooftop integration and 300+ Roof Top solar projects at various places in Andhra Pradesh.
